This product works great. It instantly whitens your teeth and is all that is promised. However, the instructions say to “swish around” in your mouth but don’t swallow it. This is very hard to do since it is a foam! I recommend pumping a bit on your toothbrush and brushing on your teeth. It’s more accurate that way and you get more of the product on your front teeth instead of the back teeth when swishing and you won’t SWALLOW IT!

This worked as I didn't believe at first I was thinking that my teeth were still yellow I was not using it properly. Brush twice a day with 2 minutes after you do your initial brushing.
